Facilities and Equipment
Processing Facility
Our processing facility includes a full concrete skinning rack complete with flood lights and electrical outlets for all of the necessary processing equipment. The oversize walk in cooler allows you to keep your meat cold prior to delivery to a butcher.
Office with show room
While you complete the necessary paperwork for the hunt, take a look at the show room which includes mounts of some of the game harvested from the ranches.
Shooting Range
Our shooting range is from 50 to 400 yards and has adjustable seats and a stable bench. It’s a comfortable place to make sure your gun is accurate so you are successful out in the field.
Fishing Pond
The fishing pond is available to all of our clients. It is stocked with bass, catfish and bluegill. All fishing equipment and bait is provided. Relax under the willow trees and enjoy the scenery.
BBQ area
A covered, concrete area is provided as an area to relax, have snacks, or BBQ. There is a sink, BBQ and picnic tables. A fire pit is also located near the BBQ area and firewood is available at no charge. Catering is also provided in this area.
Restrooms/Shower
The hunting headquarters has free access to full restroom and shower facilities .
Rangers
We stop at nothing to find your game. Our Polaris Rangers allow us to hunt any type of terrain in any type of weather. Heat, rain and wind won’t keep us from getting you out in the field.

My experience with Clayton Grant and Bitterwater Outfitters was great. I give it a 10. From the minute we got there, Clayton was prepared, organized, and ready to go. We all knew what we were supposed to do. We all felt safe and Clayton had complete control over the entire hunt. Clayton knows where the game is and always puts people in the right spot to get their game.
